Rachel supports the operational planning and cross-functional coordination required for effective program delivery at the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative. Rachel previously worked at Harvard Business Publishing, where she partnered across teams to streamline production operations and supported complex workflows and projects. Drawing on her experience at HBP as well as her early work in large-scale educational content production for international programs, Rachel brings expertise in coordinating initiatives and translating organizational goals into scalable systems and processes. Her work is grounded in a collaborative, detail-oriented, and practical approach to operations and program management.

Rachel holds a Master of Science in law and public policy with a focus in education policy from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in history from Franklin & Marshall College. She is also a registered product owner through Agile Education by Scrum Inc. Outside of work, Rachel can usually be found spending time with her family, planning her next trip, or in the gym.
