Jorge Morales-Burnett is a summer associate supporting the Program for New Mayors. He is currently a master’s student in urban planning at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, concentrating in international and comparative planning.

Before Harvard, Jorge was a research analyst at the Urban Institute in Washington, D.C., where he focused on urban governance, climate resilience, and transportation planning. He has a Bachelor of Arts in economics and urban studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
