Manasa is passionate about contributing to more livable, resilient, and equitable cities globally by tackling complex challenges in governance and infrastructure planning.
She recently completed the Bloomberg Harvard City Hall Fellowship in Saint Paul, Minnesota, where she worked on place-based initiatives and collaborative planning for public safety. Previously, she served as a consultant to government leaders, donors, and nonprofits in India, leading the design and implementation of state-level systemic reforms and assisting in philanthropic portfolio management.
Manasa holds a Master in Urban Planning from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. She also completed the Young India Fellowship at Ashoka University, where she focused on liberal arts, leadership, and critical thinking.
