Irum Malik

Irum has developed a broad expertise in policy implementation through her engagements with various levels of government in India. She has refined her skills in enhancing governmental performance and policy management, particularly during her last professional role in the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment in the Government of India, where she facilitated on-the-ground implementation for welfare policies benefiting marginalized communities.

Irum is currently pursuing a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School as a Tata Trusts Scholar and she has a Bachelor of Commerce from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi. Irum previously worked as a management consultant in the executive search and leadership hiring sector.

Irum is passionate about exploring diverse cultures and landscapes and has lived in 13 different states across India.
