Bernadette Hicks is currently pursuing a Master in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. Prior to this, she worked as a research analyst at Mathematica, where she contributed to both impact and implementation studies for federal agencies, including the Department of Labor and the Social Security Administration. Her research has focused on designing and evaluating policies to alleviate poverty, expand access to affordable housing, and prevent homelessness.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and public policy from Brown University. Outside of her professional and academic pursuits, Bernadette enjoys roller skating, attending concerts, and completing jigsaw puzzles.
