About
Alfredo Hernandez began his journey in local government advocacy back home in San José, California, where he became the youngest individual to write and pass a city ordinance. Since then, he’s been interviewed and featured for his work around immigrant rights, equity, and community leadership.
At Harvard, Alfredo studies social studies and economics, with a focus on how policy and economic opportunity can make a difference for underrepresented communities. Outside the classroom, he’s a big sports fan, loves good food, and is always up for a hike or anything outdoors.
