About

Sarah is the program director for the executive education team, which includes the delivery of programs for mayors, their senior leaders, and other city staff. She has worked extensively in public service and higher education, with specialization in public diplomacy, economic development, and program management.

Sarah most recently served the city of Boston for eight years, where she founded their first Global Affairs team to oversee city diplomacy and international economic development. She later served as the director of operations for the Mayor’s Office of Economic Opportunity and Inclusion, managing administration, finance, procurement, and communications. Sarah has also served as head of public affairs at the British Consulate-General in Boston, taught international relations at Emerson College, and managed programing at Harvard’s Center for European Studies.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University in international relations and a master’s degree from the Harvard Extension School in government.
